Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Noteva: the website, the browser extension, the desktop app and the Android app.
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Noteva you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept them, do not use Noteva.
2. Who can use Noteva
You must be 18 or older. You use Noteva for yourself, or for an organization you are allowed to act for.
3. Your account
Give accurate information, keep your password and devices safe, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else used your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.
4. Your content
What you capture and add stays yours. You allow us to store, copy and process it (including transcription and AI processing by our service providers) only to provide Noteva to you and to the people you share it with.
You must have the right to everything you upload or record.
5. Recording other people
Many laws require telling people, and sometimes getting their consent, before recording them. You are responsible for following the law where you and they are. Noteva shows when it records; it cannot ask the other people for you.
6. What you may not do
Break the law or other people’s rights; upload malware or content that is illegal; harass, exploit or harm others; try to get into other accounts or our systems; get around limits or security checks; copy or resell the service, or overload it with automated requests.
7. AI features
Transcripts, summaries, titles, answers and rephrased text are made automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them.
8. Plans and payments
Paid plans are priced in Tunisian dinars and paid through our payment provider. What a plan includes and its price are shown before you pay.
The free plan’s limits may change.

9. Other services
When you connect Google Calendar, Slack or Discord, or sign in with SyntaxEror ID, those services’ own terms also apply to what you do there.
10. The service
We work to keep Noteva available and your data safe, and we may change, add or remove features. [To be completed with legal review: warranties and the limitation of liability.]
11. Ending
You can delete your account at any time (see “Delete your data”). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
12. Law
