Questions about pricing
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices follow where you are: dinars in Tunisia, euros in Europe, US dollars everywhere else. If that is wrong, for example when you travel, use “change” next to the prices. Your choice is remembered.
Why is the yearly price shown per month?
So you can compare it with the monthly price. A yearly plan costs 10 months and gives you 12; you pay the year at once, shown under the price.
Can I pay in euros or US dollars today?
Not yet. Today paid plans are paid in Tunisian dinars, by card, Flouci or Konnect. Card payments in euros and US dollars open soon; until then, start on the Free plan and upgrade when they open.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. A paid plan never renews by itself: it runs for the month or the year you paid, then you are back on Free. There is nothing to cancel.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Nothing is lost. Recordings keep saving and playing; transcription pauses until the 1st of next month, or until you upgrade.
What is the difference between Team and Business?
Team is for 3 to 50 users who share one memory. Business starts at 20 users and is paid by invoice and bank transfer, with single sign-on, a data processing agreement, priority support and custom data retention.
